FREE shipping U.K. Mainland only

Subject to stock availability we aim to dispatch your product within 2 working days.  We use DPD Local Next Day delivery (signature required) and aim for delivery before close of business the following working day. 

Engraved products are made to order with a lead time of approximately three weeks.

We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands

Returns

It is our aim to offer products that represent good value for money and we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from My Garden Spade.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, for any reason, and notify us within 14 days of delivery, we will either exchange or offer a complete refund, providing the item has not been used and is returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition. Please make sure you check your items carefully on receipt as they cannot be returned for a refund once they have been used.  Personalised tools cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.

You will need to pay the costs of returning the product to us. Please contact us at john.miller@mygardenspade.com to discuss the best way to return your purchase.
